I've had the current unit for about a year and a half and I've had the current battery since October 2011.

Or it could be the battery itself... how long have you had the current
unit, and how old's the battery?

Hey man, either hardware reset or a tip from Joseph: Wait till it gets to 80% on battery power and then do a hardware reset. See if that
helps.

Hi everyone,

I'm having a problem with my Apex's charging. Sometimes, when I
plug in the Apex, it will only charge to 95% and stay there.
Other times, it will only charge to 92% and stay there. I can't
see any pattern in this and can't tell HW how to reproduce the
problem if I called them. So, how would I fix this? Any
suggestions would be appreciated!

Thanks,
