Hello,
Thanks for assisting my student and myself to assigning dot combinations to Unicode characters. It was noticed that when using an Apex QT with a 32 cell braille display, once the dot combination has been assigned, the dot combination appears only when the cursor is directly over the word in question; otherwise, the dot 4 (accent mark) and the corresponding letter appear. For example' accent a appears as dots (1, 2, 3, 5 6) which is the correct dot combination only when the cursor is directly over the particular word containing the accented letter; otherwise, it appears as dot 4 and an a. I have the student changing to computer braille in the document. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated to figure this out. Sharon ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
