Hi, Sharon,

If your student changes the language and braille code to Spanish, and eight
dot braille is turned on, then the accents will show in the Spanish 8 dot
braille.  The a acute would show as dots 1,2,3,5,6,8.  All the accute
accented letters have dot 8 added to them.  The numbers will be different
using this code.  For example, the number 1 would be 3,4,5,6-1,6.  All the
numbers use the number sign and all of the numbers have dot 6 added to them.

But if you keep the language and braille code english, then the unicode
character he/she assigns will only appear in computer braille when the
cursor is on the word containing the symbol.
