Yeah, that's what happens to me too. That's what I meant to

I believe this is a bug. On my Apex BT all the dots go down when
the
display is turned off, but this shouldn't be the case either. The
dots
should have that "spongy" feel that you see when you power off
the
machine. Believe it or not, it even takes battery power to keep
all
the pins down.
