Hi, I'll do some tests on it. Also, we need to know the time between fully charged state and the next usage time to gauge drainage time. The devices that could use battery power would be timer (clock to respond to alarms), storage cards which draw power and/or wireless devices - the less power a device consumes, less percentage would be lost. Cheers, Joseph

They do not draw power as though the Apex were switched on. Also, assuming Jesse is starting out at 100%, that does seem to be an awfully drastic drop! For battery drain, that is quite normal if you have wireless features (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth) on, as it drains the battery faster. I'll explain power management features and various sleep modes of the BrailleNote in due course (soon). When I take my apex off the charger at night, it drains to about 87 percent. Why is this? And how could I stop it. Thanks. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
