Hi,
No, Apex's USB port cannot charge iPod (unless Alex has other info). For use of iPod from blindness perspective, there are some podcasts out there which explains this fully. In connection with BN, you can use BN as a braille display with iPod. There is a list dedicated to iOS devices - that is, iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] Apex qt and iPod

Hi all. today I was given an iPod touch with VoiceOver
integrated. I was wondering whether it's possible to charge its
battery on the apex or I have to plug it in a regular computer.
By the way, this is the first time I use a touch screen device
and, honestly, I'm a bit afraid of not being able to learn to use
my new iPod. If I don't learn to use it, it'll be money down the
drain! Was it difficult for you to adapt to the iPod?
Thank you in advance.
