Hi all,
Yesterday, I posted about some issues I was having with my
Braille display; the problem has since gotten worse. Now, no
text at all displays in the first 24 cells of the display. I'm
guessing this problem may require sending the unit in, but is
there anything at all I can try before doing that? I would really
appreciate any suggestions.
Apologies for any errors in typing; I'm not used to writing
without being able to use the Braille display to proofread.
