Hi, We tried Google Groups as well, but failed thanks to CAPTCHA. Freelists is more flexible (since I do run a list under Freelists), but it'd pose problems for those who'd like to subscribe/unsub/change options via KeyMail because of command formatting (we had reports of this issue before). For Yahoo Groups: I'm aware of possible problems, but we'll try our best to deal with them well. Also, HumanWare told the BNUsers website admins that HW staff will be there to monitor posts. However, I think the community-based list would be more beneficial, as those who'll be running the list and answering posts would be your fellow users. Thanks. Cheers, Joseph
