Candi: I don't know a lot about what all these wonderful techies talk about here, but I know this one. If your battery gauge is inaccurate, plug in the BN and when it is fully charged go to main menu and on a BT model hit space with O for options menu, then space with I for support mode, and now F (1-2-4 in braille). Make certain that you have voice on before you start this and at a very low level because now, after you have hit F you will hear I'm talking . . . it's driving me crazy, how about you. As I said the voice should be very quiet as you will now leave the GBN to discharge until it is flat (mine took 24 hours once). After the BN is no longer talking recharge and the gauge should again say it is accurate.
