[Braillenote] can't start the planner and alarm system

Hi:
After installing 5.1, I got the message about the planner and alarm, as the 
Release Notes . I've followed the instructions to reset and have 
re-installed system 5.1 at least 3 times now.  My BrailleNote has system 
3.07 in ROM. Does that make a difference? I've gone back to system 5 until 
I hear how to resolve this.
