Tina, Silouettes are small hook-shaped loops which bring amplified sound directly into a person's behind the ear (BTE) hearing aid. They are designed to work with BTE aids because of the way in which they are worn (i.e., they fit behind the ear and are nestled alongside a BTE aid).
Silouettes may not be able to provide enough power/amplification due to the signal it needs to pick up from your ITE aids. Lisa
