Hi list, As the subject line suggests I am considering the BrailleNote but would be grateful for a little more information.
The demonstration machine I saw was configured so that if you entered a filename it appeared in US computer braille. I queried whether it was possible to switch to UK computer code but the person carrying out the demonstration didn't seem to know. I am inclined to go for the QT model since I can only type lefthanded. I know the BT model has a one handed mode. Can anyone shed any light on this. My screen reader is Window-Eyes version 4.5 SP1 with Windows 98 Second Edition. How easy would it be to transfer files to and from my PC. Maybe that's enough for now.
