Yes, You'll probably have to run it before you will be able to connect using ethernet. See my message to Ann posted earlier. My experience is that you cannot connect to activesync using the ethernet connection until you run bnipconfig to set the bn to see the proper address for connecting to your pc through your network via the ethernet connection. Not sure if this would be obvious, but you do need to run bnipconfig on the pc after a serial activesync connection has been established.
