Hi Vince. Yes, this is indeed the case, as the Dot Net Framework is 
installed which requires you to log in. Apart from this being a sound 
security practice, don't forget that you can have your screen reader load 
at startup, and if you don't wish to use a password, it's just a case of 
pressing ENTER. Also, if you really want to bypass the password prompt 
altogether, you could use one of the settings in Microsoft's Tweek UI tool 
to automatically log you on so you won't even know the password prompt is 
coming up.
