Hi all. What I do for this situation is to create an all day event on days 
where I have specific tasks that are not time sensitive, and call it 
"Tasks" for example. I set its status to free because it is not an 
appointment, and then I add all the notes I want to the appointment. There 
are some implications of the old way we did things for synchronisation, 
however I've certainly taken note of these comments for future releases.
