Hi Jonathan, In a future release, would it be possible to add a "Notes" or "To Do", or Whatever heading ... as well as "All day" with the same attributes as "all day" to satisfy the tidy minded of us who like to categorise our activities?
Just an idea <smile>. Regards, Ian. I think what we're dealing with here is getting used to a new way of doing things. There has been no loss of functionality. You can still make notes on a given day that are not time specific, they simply have the words "all day" preceding them. Now if we forced a time for every event, then I agree, we would have lost functionality. The Planner has always been day specific. So if there is a list of tasks you wish to take note of that are not day specific, this would be better placed in a KeyWord document. So under the new Planner, one has two choices. Just list the tasks as you always have and the word "all day" appears before them, or create one all day event and use the notes field to list all your tasks.
