Richard,

I am a deaf-blind BrailleNote user who had absolutely no trouble learning
its command structure. I use the Braille display on my BN exclusively and
have no problems accessing information since everything that is communicated
via speech is also displayed in Braille.

I had the chance to see a friend's PACMate and I was less than impressed by
its lack of Braille support.

That being said, I'm pleased to report that I have none of these problems
with my BrailleNote. The fact that PDI addresses the needs of *both* Braille
and speech users says alot about their dedication toward making a product
that is accessible to the widest majority of users.

Thanks to PDIs continued committment in this area, I'm enjoying my third
year of BrailleNote ownership and I eagerly look forward to the many
exciting changes yet to come.

Lisa
