Hi Sharon,

If you want to save your e-mails, save them on another disc.  Your e-mail will 
run slow when you have a lot of them in your e-mail folders.

What I do is after about 30 or so I not only empty my folders, but I also go to 
my internet file options and clear cookies, then erase my temp files, and then 
I erase my browser history.  This will take care of the sluggishness.
