I can at answer one of your questions. 1. Yes, you can get a second language for your braillenote it costs in US dollars roughtly four hundred and twenty-five dollars extra to get it though. Also keep in that is the you would pay there in the US to get the extra language so you would have to do the currancy conversion to find out how much you would need to pay using the form of currancey in Portgual.
