Hi all.

Sorry if this has been covered recently, but I've just joined the list and I
am pulling my hair out a bit.

I have a report template which I fill in as part of my work.

This report has headings and I enter information next to some of them and
below others.

I take the word document and insert it into a blank file so I can use
Braille to fill out the report. I fill out the report and save it with an
appropriate name.

I then use the export option in the translate menu to convert this file back
to Word so it can be emailed.

I have a problem with losing enter characters. There is one end of
paragraph marker between each heading where the response is next to the
heading like this.

Name: Graham Page
Date of Birth: 11/02/1970

When I translate the report back to word these paragraph markers disapear
and all the headings run together so you have:

Name: Graham Pagedate of Birth: 11/02/1970National Insurance number ...

There is clearly a setting that has gone a miss when i am translating from
keyword to Microsoft word because even if I read the translated file on the
Braillenote I can identify the problem but I'm just not sure what needs to
be changed.

Any help much appreciated.

Cheers

Graham
