You should probably always exit your document back to the main menu rather than just turning the bn off. I think that if you just turn it off with the document loaded, it saves a temp file on the keysoft system disk. I will only turn my bn off with a document up if I know I will be turning it back on within a few minutes. Otherwise, I exit with escape and that saves the document automatically.

Hi Lisa,

Maybe you've already done this, but have you tried a reset? I've never
noticed the behavior you're describing especially in KeyWord documents. The
Getting Started guide does advise exiting to the main menu when you turn the
unit off, but I don't even do that normally. Maybe your unit's just acting
funny, and a reset would fix it. After you've done a reset, may I suggest
that you create a test document. This would be something that wouldn't
contain important information. See if it saves properly. Hope this helps.
