Kellie:

When turning the BN on, hold the enter key down, this will put you in two
handed mode.  Holding the backspace while turning on, places the BN in one
handed mode.  At some point over the weekend, you may have accidently rocked
the switch on, while the backspace was being pressed.  This can happen while
carrying the BN, I have experienced this myself unfortunately.
