Hello Listers,
I have some miscellaneous questions and concerns.  I hope someone will be kind 
enough to help me please.

1.  Earlier yesterday I couldn't get my BN to download email.  I got the 
message about connecting to the pop server and it would stay like that for 
hours.  I eventually went to bed and got up later to try and call tech support 
and the email was working fine.  I spoke to Earthlink when it wasn't working 
and they didn't know what was wrong ed told me to talk to the BN tech support 
staff.  Any ideas here? Thanks.  My Internet access and the capability to send 
email were working fine during this weird email problem.

2.  When the email problem occurred I thought I'd have to delete my email 
database.  I forget how to do this.  May I please have instructions on this 
procedure?  Thank you?

3.  Since I was going to delete my email database I needed to save all my info 
in my email folders.  I saw a post from Roselle about a way to save all emails 
in a folder at once or something but I couldn't figure out how to do it.
4.  I tried forwarding my emails from the folders to myself.  I had to open 
every single message before the BN would forward it.  Is this normal?  If so 
this is incredibly tedious.

5.  I was trying to delete some of my emails in the inbox by using the find 
command.  The BN refused to find the simplest subject lines and names leaving 
me to weed out every single email.  Maybe my BN needs a good reset.
I tried the 3 different types of resets on the BN when the email downloading 
problem occurred and the resets didn't help.
