Hello Lisa, Are you using a BT or QT keyboard?
I can answer one of your questions. I also use Earth Link as my email provider. Sometimes, when connecting to email, I get the pop server error message too, even though I am connected on line. The way I solved this, is to exit out of email, but stay connected to the server, and go back into email. Nine times out of ten, things work fine. If I hit that tenth time, I just disconnect from email and my internet connection, and start over. I have no answers as to why the pop server error message occurs.
