The only problem with this solution would be that there would still be
several days where the user would be without her/his BrailleNote.  It would
take two days for my BN to get to California and two for theirs to get to
me; hence, four days without the unit.  If I send the unit in only for
cleaning of the Braille display, it's only gone a little over a week
