Dear List, PDI would not be charting new territory in offfering a loaner program. It is good business to offfer a loaner while your unit is in for repair. Businesses of all kinds offfer loaners of their products. A PDI loaner program could be modeled after loaner programs in other businesses. Such a program would be welcome by mme, and it appears, others on this list.
