My idea was that they would send you a loaner before you ever sent your
unit in. They would fix your unit and send it back whereupon you would send
back the loaner.
There is a point there where you would have their loaner and still have
your unit.
And you wouldn't send their loaner back until yours came back so, again,
ylu would have two units. Plus if you procrastinated sending back their
unit. that might hold up someone else from getting a loaner.
