I second Jeff's comments. I'm also deafblind and would love to have the
ability to use my BrailleNote as a TTY and face to face communications
device. PDI staff has told me that they plan to persue this further, but
that was 3 years ago. Perhaps  someone from PDI could comment on *any*
developments that have been made so far (if any)?

I'd also like to have better access to spoken information that doesn't
automatically appear on the Braille display. There have been times
(especially while using GPS version 2) I've found myself waiting for the
Braille display to verify a command or prompt, only for me to later discover
that I had to press one of the thumb keys to read this information.

To end this post on a positive note, I'm really enjoying GPS 2! Although I
haven't had time to examine every aspect of the new version (I'm still
accustomed to version 1 <smile>), I'm really impressed with what I've seen
so far.
