Most definitely, Paul you can! There is an option when the bn is plugged into the scannar to save into the Braillenote. It is wonderful when you get forms in the mail just to scan them save to Braille note fill them out and then bring them over to word to print.My Bn is not set up for printers because my printer is usb. That's it!
