Hi everyone, My Braille display no longer seems to be working at all. Let me give you some background. I had the BrailleNote hooked up to the computer, functioning as a refreshable Braille display. I was doing some research on the Internet, when all of a sudden, the dots on the display grew so scrambled that I could not make sense of what I was reading. I returned to the main menu, but this time, nothing was displayed. It was as if I had turned the display off. So I did a warm reset. Back at the main menu, I tried turning on the Braille display by pressing Space+Rightmost thumb key. I received an error message stating that the Braille display was not operating. Aside from this, the BrailleNote seems to be working flawlessly. I am using Keysoft version 3.06. What should I do? The Braille display is such an essential tool for me. As I use the BrailleNote nearly all the time, I'd hate to have to send it away for an extended period of time. Any advice on this would be much appreciated.
