I'm a bit short of time, so here, I'll just tell you relevant parts of the User 
Guide you should consult, but if you should still have questions, post.  Go 
into the Index of your User Guide and select Planner Topics.  Read the 
sub-topics of Planner Topics entitled "Alarms", "Recurring Appointments", and 
"Scheduling Apointments".  Depending on how familiar you are with the Planner, 
you might want to look at some other, or all of, the sub-topics of Planner 
Topics.  HTH.
