Hi, Riana. Is that after you press control K or is that instead of pressing
control k?
I do have a qt and not a bt. Don't know if that makes a difference.

Paul,
I believe you can edit the entry by, whilst in the look up option, by
pressing backspace with c. After you have entered the new info and pressed
enter, you will be asked to confirm changes on exiting the record.
I hope I understood your problem correctly.

Riana

Subject: [Braillenote] bugs while editing in the address list
Hi, pulse data staff. If I wish to edit a phone number or any other entry
in the address list, I find the oly way I can do this is to re-enter the
information. There seems to be no way to use the arrow keys to position the
cursor for editing. This would be the same if trying to edit a dns number
while setting up an internet connection.
I think that one should truly be able to edit these fields and not just
have to re-enter the data. If the entry is long, this could be a problem.
What if the user wwere deaf? There would be no speech repeating the phone
number so that one could try to enter it from memory of what they heard.
If there is something I am missing, please let me know.
Thanks.
