Hey you guys,

Here is some thing you can try, but it is not a guarantee.  Try going to your 
options menu, go to your support mode, and then hit the letter x.  This will 
exercise your braille display.  Let it go for about a half hour or so.  
Sometimes there can be something caught in it.  This is probably a last resort 
thing, so if it doesn't work, then you need to do the sending in thing.  Good
