Mmm.  I'll agree with you on that point.  That's bad.

Don't suppose you'd be willing to shame that person publically?  Be sure 
to note by this that I mean not necessarily to reveal the actual offender 
publically by his true identity - unless, of course, you think this 
appropriate - but I should be interested to know which particular posts 
you are referring to, as by pointing out either the subject matter and/or 
the falsified name, if any.  I am, unduely perhaps, interested in the 
incident.  I have been having dealings with FreedomScientific recently, in 
the spirit of completeness and proper assessment practice, and - though I 
find them to be a corporate menace - I'm sure they wouldn't stoop this 
low.  So I naturally want to know which particular messages you find to be 
libelous.  Forgive me if this seems obvious, but there has been a lot of 
talk about your competitors, and any number of those messages - some from 
your loyal customers - could well have seemed equally offensive to your 
staff.
