Jonathan, I have been off list for the last week so I am using another contributors response as a template (thanks for putting some thoughts down that I can use <smile>). Here are my KeyPlan survey answers:
1 1. On average, how many appointments would you have on your Planner each week? I usually have one to three appointments per day, i.e. about 9 to 12 a week on average. 2. When an appointment has past, do you go back and delete it, or do you retain the appointment as a form of record keeping? I only delete because I have to reschedule regular meetings which then automatically deletes the entry. I would like to keep all appointments that have passed it would be very useful. 3. Do you keep planners from previous years? Yes. 4. Please feel free to add any comments about what you'd like to see in the Planner in the future. A. I would like to be able to schedule weekly, bi-weekly, monthly (and other periods) regular appointments automatically. B. In scheduling regular appointments, it would be helpful for the planner to flag possible meeting clashes. c. (b) above would probably need an optional end time for meetings. I currently put this as the first element of the description, e.g. to 14:30 but this would be useful in itself. d. I would like the end of line/page indicators removed. They slow down my reading speed and distract me when trying to add, delete or change appointments. Thanks for the opportunity.
