Hi: - I don't believe, there would be any copyright infringement with sharing restaurant menus on a online list, as long as it was being done for personal use only. Placing the menus on bookshare.org you probably then would run into copywright infringements since that would be considered broadcasting the information of each restaurant publicly to a worldwide audience.. And yes, I know the list serves a worldwide diverse crowd, but on a online list your sharing one on one, (pier to pier), and not displaying it on a web site for viewing by the public at large. It sort of similar to sharing a news article on a list for one's enjoyment, where you'd probably more than likely run into problems if you instead posted it directly to a worldwide web site for viewing.
