Adrienne, The text input field looks like dots 1-2-3-4-6 followed by a space followed by dots 1-3-4-5-6. Since you're saying you see a dollar sign, you're probably seeing the dollar sign b t dots 1-2-3-4-5-6 indicator which is on either side of the word Search, which would indicate the Search button. In most cases, the text field is before the Search button, so if your cursor is on the Search button, hit SPACE with dots 1-3 (SHIFT with TAB) to move back an Input Control to get to the text field. If you want to make sure the SPACE with dots 1-3 and SPACE with dots 4-6 (SHIFT with TAB and TAB) are set to Input Controls (which, by the way, are text fields, combo boxes, check boxes, radio buttons, etc., which is what forms are made of), hit SPACE with T (CTRL with C), and although the default is set to Input Control, if you've changed it, or if it isn't set to this, hit I for Input Control. The SPACE with dots 1-3 (SHIFT with TAB) instruction was assuming the text input field was right before the Search button, but you can use the SPACE with dots 1-3 (SHIFT with TAB) command as many times as you need to to find it, and the SPACE with dots 4-6 (TAB) to move forward until you find it if necessary. Alternatively, you can BACK and ADVANCE the Braille display until you find the "dots 1-2-3-4-6, space, dots 1-3-4-5-6" (without the quotes and comma) symbols to indicate a text field. Then, hit a touch cursor cell button above any of the cells on which these symbols are located, and once the cursor is in the text input field, you type your text in Computer Braille if you're using a BT; if using a QT, you can just type the text as you would on a PC because, if you're not inputting in Braille, it will just immediately come out as text. Then, you can execute the Search button. HTH. Maria
