I would like to hope there's a place for both the bn and pm in the market. i personally like a lot about the bn which is a good thing i couldn't switch if i wanted to but i'm just curious as to how fs and pdi philosophies giffer. Not everyone needs or probably wants a pm and that may not ids, necessarily mean we are are kids, old, or simple minded. I'm concerned about the bn too simsly because pdi's being so quiet > and because i too see lots of former bn people on the pm list. I guess the bn and my pc work for me like Mary said. Hopefully it will really be a choice and we won't all be pm or something else users because pdi's out of businness. I hope the bn improves too so most of us can be happy and they can maintain and increase the customer base. It was a very hard choice for me and i hope 3 years from now my bn is not paperwieght but still very help;; and useful and powerful but i actually like keysoft style but i'm coming from a brl n speak background > > ----- Original Message ----- > >From: bob <[EMAIL PROTECTED] > >To: Braillenote List <[EMAIL PROTECTED] > >Date: Sat, 03 Apr 2004 08:58:28 -0800 > >Subject: Re: [Braillenote] Another idea for future upgrades: > > >Before any of this can be done, PDI would have to deal with the slow processor speed and limited memory issues. > >So, you are talking about adifferent notetaker from a company with a different philosophy.
