I have 5.0 burned into rom, and 5.1 running, and the new mother board. I haven't seen the message, but I do occasionally get the access denied message when I go to the address list (which almost immediately disappears), and I sometimes lose my stopwatch, but it comes back with a reset.

It'll be interesting to see what others say about this little error message.
God bless!

Hi, everyone,

I have a theory and I'd like to ask all of you about it. I've asked Dean
Jackson and he's looking in to it for us. I have a BrailleNote with an
upgraded mother board with version 3.7 of Keysoft burned in to rom. I have
the latest version of Keysoft installed on my unit and I have never gotten
the message that you, Beth, and others, including my husband, have gotten.
My husband's machine has the upgraded mother board with version 5.0 of
Keysoft burned in to his machine. My question is this. Are those of you
who are getting this message using a machine with version 5.0 burned in to
your units or do you have older versions of Keysoft as I do? I'm wondering
if the units that have version 5.0 burned in to the machines are the only
ones getting this message?

Let's see if there might be a pattern.

Karen
