Hi Jill, The mention of the two-year contract was in the letter I got when I first bought a service contract which was well over 2 years ago now. The one problem with that was that I forgot about it as it had been so long ago. That's why I failed to notice I hadn't received a reminder for renewal.
Apparently, humanware does not offer the 2-year contract any more as my wife's warranty ran out this last year and she had to purchase the service contract. She asked about the 2-year thing and nobody at humanware seemed to know anything about it. Kind of strange, but guess the 2-year contract is either a thing of the past or a figment of your imagination depending on your point of view. I believe I saved 100 dollars or so by purchasing the 2-year contract, but that's probably irrelevant now anyway unfortunately. How much does a two year contract cost? ?Thanks.
