Hi Bob, That's interesting. I bought mine directly from humanware and they did send out a letter at the end of the warranty period, so possibly that's why some of us did get letters. At least you got info on the service contract from your dealer so you know the rules he's going by. That's the main thing.
I think the problem is in what appears to be some inconsistency when dealing with humanware.
