Hi Richard,

Well, I will leave most of your email to Jonathan, since, this was after
all, originally his baby.

Richard, currently you cannot carry appointments over from one year to the
next. The only way to do this presently is to open the planner in the next
year and recreate the appointment.

This is because the files for the planner are stored in the keyplan folder
and are named by year. Therefore, referring to your first question, if you
delete the file for the desired year, you will have deleted your
appointments for that year.

If you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Regards,

Dean Jackson
