Sure, Beth. When you have finished writing the e-mail and hit E-chord, it says, "Ready to send this e-mail?" Say no. Then you're back in the list of fields in the header; space through those and you'll be back at your message.
Or, after you finish writing the message, press L-chord to go to the top of it and read it over. (These are BT commands.)
