Tessa this is a major bug in keysoft 5.1 and should be rectified in version
6.1.
I think what they want you to do is reinstall your version of keysoft and it
should go away. This is a persistent problem with lots of people.

Can anyone tell me why all of a sudden I'm getting this error, "can't run
this version of keysoft. I've gotten it three times in the last three days
which seems most unusual. When I do a reset things seem fine but I don't
