Hi Susie,

Freeing database space shouldn't hurt at all, and it might help. You will
notice that you are at the top of your list of messages. Also, a reset might
help make things go more smoothly. I've done both and never lost any Email
because of the process.

Subject: [Braillenote] Keymail Database Question

Yesterday I downloaded 250 e-mails into my BrailleNote (without a hitch,
which surprised me.) When I started to go through them and have found
things to be pretty sluggish, especially when moving an e-mail to
another folder. Will it help to free database space at this point? I
always free space after an e-mail session, but have never done it before
or during. Will anything get messed up or, worse, lost?

Thanks.

Susie
