Hi Brenda and Rhonda: Rhonda is right about the size limitations. I was told once by Roselle that she believed that getting the "this message is larger..." message may cause this message to appear due to the interruption. So I would check to see how high you have that number set.
But first, if you get that message, I would exit from keymail (disconnecting the modem) and do a simple reset. Note that this usually doesn't happen with long text attachments, but long attachments with foreign file types, such as mp 3 files or .zip files.
