Beth and List,
I like what you are saying. May I add to that, the following. The nice thing
about being a customer of PDI is that the customer can dream, and PDI can
determine the feasibility and cost of that dream. We are users of the BN. PDI
developes and manufactures the BN. PDI is in a position to determine whether a
feature will cost a lot or a little, or whether an idea is feasible. We, the
customer do not need to do this kind of feasibility study. We really can't, as
we are not PDI.

So, you say, what's the point? We customers should keep dreaming of features
for the BN, and leave the evaluation to PDI. Our dreams should thrive. They
should not be prematurely dashed.

Sincerely,
Jerry Weinger
