Sorry about that. I meant to say that the active sync from PDI is 3.7.
I'll download the newer one from MS.
In the Miscellaneous settings the unit is set to serial. Not High speed or
older slow speed serial, but just the normal serial connection.

The other thing I'd try is to go into the utilities miscellaneous menu and
cycle through the communications ports to be used for ActiveSync.  Remember,
you need to make the connection on the serial port first before attempting
to connecting on infra-red or via the network.  I've never been able to get
Ethernet Active Sync to work correctly for very long and I don't know if
Humanware supports Active Sync via Ethernet anyway. .

I also just checked the Microsoft site and the Latest version of Active Sync
available for Windows is version 3.8.  I'm not sure what utility your using
that has a version 7.x something.
