Hi Ann,

What you need to do at this point is go into your screen reader's settings
and tell it to stop hogging the port you want to use to connect to
ActiveSync.

Next, perform a normal reset on the BrailleNote and ensure that ActiveSync
is now listening on the desired port via the file/connection settings menu.
You should now be able to connect.
