Ok you said you had to enter an iniatiation string for your cell phone. 
Probably, I will be using the braille note exclusively with my cell phone and I 
have Verizon as of right now although if I find something better at csun I will 
switch providers. When I set this cell phone up in 2003, I don't remember even 
slightly doing an initialization string. So, is this done through my cell phone 
provider my internet provider or through whom?
I hope this makes sense when you read it.
